Seed-Starting and Growing On Workshop for all levels

Come join us on Saturday, April 27th from 1-3 in the greenhouse! We will provide you with the knowledge and resources for exactly how to start your own seeds in your own house without a greenhouse. We will cover over 40 varieties of annuals and perennials with various start times throughout the year. We’ll go in-depth and share all kinds of seed-starting tips and tricks for various types of seeds with different requirements for germination, learn when to use heat, cold, stratification and more, and even cover pinching and growing on for the strongest seedlings. Participants will leave with a comprehensive guide on starting seeds, a supply list with prices, a mix of 10 seed varieties to start your cutting garden of pollinator favorites, and ERF’s exclusive yarrow mix (3 seasons in the making). There is so much to share on this topic for all levels of plant enthusiasts, and we want to empower you to grow! Come learn with us! *Participants may also purchase a cut flower tray of seedlings for pick up at the farm in May, available in our farm store.
