Beech Hill Barn was designed by joining aesthetics with functionality, allowing both clients and guests to have the most amazing experience. As people who love nature, Priscilla and Jay’s biggest dream of all was to create a modern, timeless barn venue that connects people to the beauty of nature here in Maine. They’ve poured so much of their hearts into this venue and property, and they love what they do!

Lovingly cared for by Dan and Roseana Richards since 2013. The couples’ handiwork can be seen throughout this gorgeous venue, from the maintenance of the lawns to the exquisite timber-frame gazebo that Dan built, complete with a towering stone fireplace. This bucolic venue offers the perfect balance of outdoor Maine living and boasts flexibility for couples through offering multiple outdoor covered ceremony and reception locations, in addition to the highest level of customer service led by Dan and Roseana.

Not only were they artfully arranged and included in creative ways, but her entire team was thrilled to have access to our farm-grown blooms.     Abilgale and Michael are exceptional communicators, and local Maine catering artists! We recently worked together on a Beech Hill Barn wedding this past June, and Abigale was 5-stars with her communication of the flowers she liked best for the wedding catering. ERF sent her photos of what was seasonally available in the couples’ color palette, and we discussed all the details in getting those fresh blooms to her team on the day-of. The work she does with food, flowers and herbs is inspiring! This company not only offers exceptional quality food and service, but the highest level of communication with their vendor team as well.     Executive Pastry Chef Cait Morris

    Working with our edible and food-safe blooms, Executive Pastry Chef Cait Morris, from Migis Lodge and Black Point Inn, creates the most exquisite designs to meet her clients’ wildest dreams! We were blown away at the beauty of this three-tiered wedding cake, designed on-site at Migis Lodge in South Casco, ME.     This company totally blew us away during a recent wedding in late September 2023. The bride’s mother shared with us the video that Baby Blue Film put together on the couple’s behalf. The video quality was so clear, the subjects and flow of the film were exceptional, and they truly captured the emotions of the couple and the day! They made us feel as if we were right back at the beautiful venue on that crystal-clear lake in those rolling hills smelling the pines and enjoying the company of all the guests. This truly is the best gift a couple getting married could ever ask for!
